Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) and are delivered within approximately 2–3 working days from dispatch. We use a variety of trusted UK couriers, including but not limited to Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, and UPS, depending on parcel size, weight, and delivery location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment unless you qualify for FREE delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring access for delivery; additional charges may apply for returned or re-delivered parcels due to incorrect information or failed delivery attempts. Any damaged or missing items must be reported upon delivery.
